Hello and welcome to Resident Evil: Flooding Epidemic. I am your admin and I am here to give you some pointers to help you through the site.
If you are a returning member from REFE you will notice many things have changed. If you are not a returning member but a new one... Well... You won't. LOL Hahahaha!
Alright time to be serious.
Before I do go on, if anyone from the previous REFE would like to get a few of their things, or if you would like to be nosey and see where we used to be, feel free to click HERE.
First many answers are given in THE RULES. Also the background will answer some questions you may have so I recommend reading THE MAIN PLOT.
Now for the fun stuff LOL.
The application that I would like you to fill out is in the APPLICATION forum. Copy it, go to pending applications, start a new topic and paste before filling out. I want you to know that I am not a strict admin... at this site anyways LOL but I still need you to follow the rules.
Acceptance usually only takes a day. Once you have been accepted you may role play as much as you want.
Now, if you would like to play a canon character there are a few rules which must be followed. If you haven't already, read the CANONS THREAD as it will explain everything that is situated with canons.
I understand there is a lot to do to play as a canon and it can be a little annoying but please understand that canons were not supposed to be a part of REFE. In the original role play canons were only present in the storyline. No one was able to claim them as theirs. I decided to change this for the fans but that does not mean anyone who wants them gets them. You must prove that you can handle playing as a canon.
